In 2022, the group embarked on one of its most significant organisational changes, combining the strengths of its aftersales functions into a single entity. WAA Chosen was approached to brand the new organisation. Over an eight-week period, we moved through phases of research, ideation, creation, and production, launching within the group and to customers through a range of multichannel communications.
We have most recently completed the first stage of reimagining key aspects of the Group’s warehouse operation to create an inspirational space for staff. Taking inspiration from the textures, colours, and even aromas found in new Audis and Volkswagens, we have renovated over 1000 sq ft of communal areas to create an entrance and check-in that, like all great work, raises the heartbeat and the anticipation for the day ahead.
