Bringing a town to market

Devising an integrated campaign to raise awareness of Houlton, one of the UK’s largest urban extension development projects.


The promotion of Houlton, a huge residential development near Rugby, is a wide-ranging, long-term project. Raising awareness and bringing it to market demands expertise in a number of areas, from PR and event management to brand identity and digital advertising campaigns.


We identified the need to draw on the rich history of the Radio Station site, a former telecommunications facility, to create a campaign that presented a bright and compelling vision of a new community to a modern generation of house buyers.
