With Searcys’ ongoing rebrand underway and multiple stakeholders to satisfy, this was a project that would require a close working partnership between Searcys and WAA Chosen.
Through close contact with Searcys’ marketing, sales and operations personnel, our digital and strategic teams were able to arrive upon working efficiencies and economies of scale that would allow realistic timelines and achievable goals to be determined.
Six specific venue categories were defined: Events, Contemporary Restaurants, Champagne Bars, Private Hire, Historic Restaurants and Unique Venues. Bespoke venue branding would be used to differentiate between each venue’s individual identity.

Integrating multiple booking engines, gifting packages, developing bespoke solutions to venue and event searches… all of these allowed each venue to operate confidently within a changing IT framework. The final suite of websites now handle more traffic – and the numbers continue to grow.
