We’ve begun the year with a hat-trick of prestigious national accolades, scooping Investors in People Gold, Best Companies 3 Star, and a top 50 place in the Sunday Times Top 100.
Ranking above over 300,000 SMEs in the UK, we have placed at number 49 in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies 2019, a fantastic achievement for the agency.
The highly-competitive list shines a spotlight on the very best of the UK’s small to medium businesses, for excelling across a range of categories, including leadership, employer wellbeing, personal growth and its wider contribution to society.
This follows the Best Companies 3 Star accreditation we achieved in January; the highest standard of workplace engagement awarded to outstanding organisations that truly excel.
Following an extensive independent review and objective employee feedback, we are one of only 120 companies in the country to receive the impressive award.
And, success hasn’t stopped there, as we’ve also been awarded a prestigious Investors in People Gold; a status held by only 2.3 per cent of UK business.
We were the first agency in the UK to receive an Investors in People accreditation in 1998, and have retained the respected title since, being recognised for our strong people management practices and dedication to employee development.
Dan Clifford, Chief Commercial Officer of WAA Chosen, commented on the awards: “To achieve any one of these prestigious accolades is a significant achievement for a business, but to be awarded all three is truly exceptional and something we are incredibly proud of as an agency.
“We are committed to creating a positive, productive and supportive working environment, and offer a wide range of initiatives and benefits for all of our employees. Regular sessions such as Training Tuesdays see staff strengthen their skills and learn about the latest developments across marketing disciplines, while Wellness Wednesdays offer each individual access to monthly wellbeing workshops, in turn building a healthier, happier and more productive workforce.
“Our company ethos is Alive to Opportunity, and with a strong team of highly skilled specialists at the helm and a host of exciting new opportunities on the horizon, we are certain WAA Chosen will continue to grow and succeed in 2019,” he added.
