You love your job and you’ve not pictured yourself working at WAA Chosen and that’s fine – it’s great that you’re comfortable in your current role.
There’s no harm in networking for the future though is there?
Think about it for a minute. If things were to change, wouldn’t being on the radar of a potential new employer be useful? Perhaps when you’re ready for the next stage of your career development it would clearly be good to have made contact already.
With that in mind, I’m inviting you to arrange an informal meeting with one of our senior management team.
Hearing from you would be the first step. And, if it feels like we could be a great match on paper, we’ll spend an hour in the pub or coffee shop (we’re buying) and fill you in on our agency and our plans for continued growth.
Of course, we’ll be advertising future roles in the normal way, but should your plans change, being on the inside track could be a step in the right direction.
In return for your time, we’d be happy to keep in touch with you regarding future roles and opportunities, whether that’s a few months – or even a few years down the line – as our recruitment team take an active approach to maintaining contact and building a pipeline of future WAA Chosen superstars.
